How you get the idea to open a travel agency?

I got the idea to open a travel agency from Santi's sister and his brother in-law, both of them work at Vieng Cham Pa Tours, so they have some information about this.
Anyway, I really love this business, because I can speak english, can open the office at my house, can do it by myself, and I love to service customers.

How did you get the "know how" to do it (how you learn about it)?

I know how to do this by learning from the Galileo ( this is one system of booking air ticket) their company is in front of Morning market, then I learn from Lao Airline about booking air tickets but different system as Cita we can book for Lao air ticket only. After that, I got the License, I sent it to Amadeus (this is another system of booking air ticket), then they send the code of Amadeus system to me and I load them by using Internet. Finally, I have the best of system as Amadeus and now I use only Amadeus in my office but I can use others.

What are your expectations (dreams) being a business women?

My expectations of being a business woman is that I want to be as rich as Bill Gates (ha ha ha).

4. What kind of costumers in vientiane you think will need your services?

The customers who need my service are the foreigners who can not speak Lao and they want me to help them explain the detail.

What was/is the biggest touble on the way open a business in Laos?

The biggest trouble on the way open a business in Laos is getting the License from any officials.
